CRISPY OVEN BAKED FRIES

Crispy Oven Baked Fries... a classic go-to for a busy night. Requiring very little prep, these homemade fries are an amazing alternative to store-bought frozen versions. Even many of the "healthier" brands found at Whole Foods are high in sodium and contain ingredients like citric acid, apple juice concentrate, and more. In this recipe, we used avocado and coconut oil, rather than canola, soybean, or palm oil. We paired our homemade fries with roasted veggies and Trader Joes Chicken-less Crispy Tenders for an easy Friday night dinner.
